We carefully inspect every light fixture before shipping.
If the item was damaged during delivery, please contact us
within 48 hours and include photos.
We will offer a replacement or a refund.
Since each light fixture is created based on a custom photo, personalized items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
